My full-time job is Creative Director of the wedding website Here Comes The Guide. I've worked there since 2009, and have seen the wedding industry go through many ups and downs—from the Great Recession to the California wildfires to, you guessed it, the pandemic. Which brought the wedding industry to a screeching halt.
The Venue Business Boot Camp was created in 2020 to help our wedding venue clients face the pandemic head-on. We provided 10 practical and actionable modules that dove deep into the issues facing venues and the event industry at large.
The VBBC was so well received that we decided to relaunch in 2023 with another 5 modules. And of course, this time we wanted a fresh new visual brand + Showit website 
My talented Here Comes The Guide colleague + founder of Wave Creative Studio Chelsea worked side-by-side with me as we put this website together in just 3 weeks 
At the time of launch, we have 23 website pages, 20 blog posts, 15 course modules, podcast episodes, video tutorials, worksheets, spreadsheets, and much, much more.
